About My Practice

My Treatment Philosophy

My dedication to Chinese Medicine comes from experiencing my own healing process with the medicine. Treatment went to the root cause of my imbalances and I no longer use conventional medicines that treat only the symptoms and have an adverse effect on my life. My life and health have been transformed and I have chosen to devote the rest of my life to being a partner in bringing restorative health to your life.

"The greatest wealth is health". – Virgil

I am committed to your good health and well-being. With the healing combination of acupuncture, herbs, nutritional counseling and a sincere, listening heart, you can reclaim your body’s natural ability to heal. My focus is to give you the best in safe, gentle, respectful and effective care. Every person’s needs and concerns are unique and each person’s treatment plan uses the modalities most suited for their individual needs. You and I will take the time to talk; you tell me what is happening; we will discuss what you have told me; and we will mutually decide what the focus of the treatment will be. Acupuncture is a "patient participation" medicine. Your understanding, involvement and agreement is very important in the healing process.

I have a genuine love for Chinese Medicine and find it deeply satisfying to clearly and simply explain what may be a totally new experience for you. This requires my undivided attention without interruptions. You are most important and will be the only patient in the office during your appointment. To serve you better and to conveniently fit your schedule, I offer evening and Saturday hours in addition to daytime appointments.

Qualifications and Training

Bruce Stoebner, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac., received his MSTCM (Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine) from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado in 2003 with over 2000 hours of training. Following his graduation, he participated in a one year clinical internship enhancing his skills in Five Element Acupuncture with Judi Terrill, a local expert in the field. Bruce's passion for using the Five Element approach compelled him to take additional workshops in California from Warren Bellows, L.Ac.

Bruce has a thirst for knowledge and is continually advancing his skills and practice. He studied Dr. Tan's Balance Acupuncture in order to learn about a more effective pain relief method. He is now able to offer you an eclectic range of skills and practice methods individualized to address your specific concerns and medical conditions.

In addition to his private practice, Bruce is employed as an assistant clinical supervisor at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the school from which he graduated. In this role, he supervises students at the clinic during their clinical practicum to help them develop their acupuncture skills.

Bruce is fully licensed and accredited to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in the state of Colorado. He is a member of NCCAOM and the Acupuncture Association of Colorado.
